Deborah E. Watt

Deborah E. Watt of Unionville, age 65, passed away at her home on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 with her loving husband by her side. Deborah was born December 16, 1951 in Asheville, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Hal & Shirlee (Shepherd) Edwards. She graduated from the well-known Crosnor Boarding School in North Carolina, and later attended Western Tennessee University. Deborah was united in marriage with Donald A. Watt on December 28, 1979 in Birmingham, Michigan, and the couple has cherished more than thirty-seven years together. Her working years were spent in real estate, as an agent, in mortgage sales, and finally as a closing officer with a title agency. She also owned and operated a balloon gift business from her home for many years. Deborah was a trained lyric soprano that possessed the voice of an angel. Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donald A. Watt of Unionville; and her step-daughter, Lois Watt of Alberta, Canada. Deborah was preceded in death by two step-sons, Donnie and Steven Watt. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and no services have been planned.
