Debra L. Spencer

Debra L. (Hoover) Spencer of Caro, age 58, passed away peacefully on Monday, December 20, 2021 in Indiana following a brief illness. Deb was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend, who always gave from the heart and put others before herself. She was currently employed at Satchell's Retirement Home where she had worked for the past ten years. She enjoyed her job and the people she worked with, the residents, and the owners. They were like family to her. Deb loved sewing, cooking and baking, but most importantly spending time with family. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of twenty-five years, Leo Spencer, Jr.; children and spouses, Nicole & Anthony, Tyler & Lauren, Leo & Maranda, Danielle grandchildren, Riley, Landyn, Gunner, Caseyn, Garrett, and Benjamin, two bonus daughters, Courtney and Brandi; siblings, Kathy Mazzola, and Dan & Donna Hoover; father- and mother-in-law, Leo, Sr. and Julie Spencer, and Mike; best friends, Michelle and Dawn; and several nieces, nephews and close friends. Deb was preceded in death by her parents, Don, Sr. and Delores Hoover; two brothers, Mike and Jeff Hoover; and one nephew, Ryan Timko. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
