Delfina Rendon Torrez

Delfina Rendon Torrez of Caro, age 94, stepped into the arms of her savior, her husband, Jose, and son, Delfino, on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at McLaren - Bay Region. Delfina was born December 24, 1926 in Doole, Texas, the daughter of the late Telesforo and Jesusa (Gonzalez) Rendon. She loved her soap operas, especially The Young and the Restless. Delfina also enjoyed going to the casino, puzzle books, her precious dog, Panchita, but especially time spent with family. Left to cherish her memory are her children and their spouses, Melissa Torrez, Jose & Juana Torrez, Maria Reynero, Marta & Bill Bender, Jesus & Alberta Torrez, Minerva & Harley Colton, Juan Torrez, Daniel & Dena Torrez, Melba & Julius Wilding, David & Annabelle Torrez, Merina & Matthew Gennrich, Monica & Chris Wilding, Dario & Heather Torrez, Santa & Dennis Morell, Rafaila (Jarod MacMillan) Torrez; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great- and great-great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jose; and one son, Delfino. Funeral services will be held at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Arnold Burger officiating. Burial will follow at Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro.
