Denise Kelly St. John

Denise Kelly St. John, 50, of Caseville, died Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Covenant Cooper Hospital in Saginaw.

Denise was born April 28, 1963 in Royal Oak to the late Richard W. Kilbourn Sr. and Marilyn Jean (Rowe) Kilbourn. She graduated from Madison Heights Lamphere High School in 1981. On June 18, 1983 she married Ronald Douglas St. John in Royal Oak.

She has lived in Caseville permanently since 1992. She and her husband currently own and operate Shakers Ice Cream. She loved her family and her pets, especially doting on her grandchildren and anxiously awaiting the birth of her daughter’s baby in June.

She is survived by her husband Ronald; daughter Amanda (August) Zelno of Bay City and son Scott Michael St. John of Caseville; granddaughter Peyton Kelly; step-grandchildren Devin and Elizabeth; and brothers Richard (Amy) Kilbourn of Troy and Douglas (Gail) Kilbourn of Madison Heights. She was preceded in death by her brothers Dennis and David Kilbourn.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Monday, April 28th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating. Burial will be in St. Roch Cemetery.

Visitation will be 3-6 Sunday and one hour prior to the service on Monday.
