Dennis James Bucholz

Dennis James Bucholz, age 64, of Sebewaing, passed away Monday, January 4, 2021, at his home.

Dennis was born on January 14, 1956, in Bad Axe, to James and Pauline (Hagle) Bucholz. He was a graduate of the 1974 Lakers Class. He married Peggy A. Collon in May 2000. Dennis enjoyed driving semi-truck, woodworking, loved his cats and barbequing.

Dennis is survived by his wife, Peggy; son, Donald (Brandi) Bucholz; step children: Jennica, Kevin and Heather Collon; grandchildren: Ashton, Lauren, Ryan, Megan, Bella, Chloe, Hallie and Emily; parents: James Bucholz and Pauline Tomczak; siblings: Carol Johnson, Nancy Bursick, James Hockmuth, Carl Hockmuth, Sheryl Krug, Judy (Gary) Nichol, Mary Hartman and Crystal Bucholz; brother-in-law, Walter Craig; and many nieces and nephews.

Dennis is preceded in death by his son, Kevin Bucholz; daughter, Teresa Bucholz; and sister, Cindy Craig.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation is planned for Saturday, January 9, 2021, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 10am-12pm. Masks are required.
