Dennis M. Levalley

Dennis M. LeValley of Caro, age 73, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, August 26, 2022. Dennis was born November 21, 1948 in Caro, the third son of the late Donald M. and Mary (Grech) LeValley. He graduated from USA High School with the Class of 1967 and went on to attend Saginaw Valley State University while working as a mechanic at Botsford's Service Station in Caro. Dennis had a passion for unique automobiles and always took great pride in every vehicle he owned over the years. He enjoyed car shows, as well as spending time at auctions, specialty shops, and estate sales searching for vintage vinyl records as he loved to listen to good music on his unmatched audio system. Dennis moved to Denver, Colorado in 1982 where he lived and worked in the specialty printing trade until his retirement. After retiring, Dennis moved back to the Caro area where he spent his time remodeling and landscaping his new home, which also included his new business, "Ear Candy Records." He was a self-proclaimed "Rock God" with an explicit taste for heavy metal music, nostalgic vinyl, music memorabilia, and great sounding audio-video systems. Dennis is survived by two brothers, Gary (Jean) LeValley of Caro, Bill (Mary Lou) LeValley of Fort Myers, Florida; three nephews, Tim LeValley (Alyson), Jeff (Monica) LeValley, Jerry (Ashley) LeValley; one niece, Tina LeValley; several great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews; as well as his many friends. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by one sister, Mary Lynn LeValley; one niece, Jane (David) LeValley; and his beloved canines, Hank and Chance. In keeping with Dennis' wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life is being planned for October 9, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Chippewa Landing in Caro.
