Diann Errer, 63, of Pinnebog Rd, Bad Axe, MI, passed away peacefully at McLaren Bay Region
Hospital on February 7, 2025. Diann was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother, and friend, known for her kindness, work ethic, and love of family.
Diann was born October 6, 1961 and raised in the Thumb, Diann began her career at the corner gas station, Tom Thumb, where she started as a cashier and eventually became store manager. It was here that she met her husband, Raymond Errer, with whom she would spend 27 wonderful years of marriage. In pursuit of new challenges, Diann transitioned into the healthcare field, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She dedicated the remainder of her career to helping others at Courtney Manor Nursing Facility, where she was deeply respected for her compassionate care. Outside of work, Diann enjoyed visiting the casino, taking scenic drives to admire the beauty of nature, and most of all, spending precious time with her loved ones. Her family was the light of her life, and her unwavering love for them was evident in everything she did.
Diann is survived by her loving husband, Raymond Errer; her children, Joshua Clark (Elaine) and Trisha Clark (Jeremy Cook); her stepchildren, Ray Errer (Lori), Kami Leachman (Chris), and Kari Rosebush (Jon). She is also survived by her grandchildren: Haylie Ferrari (Logan), Kylie and Jayden Clark, Jacob, Alexis, and Talon Cook, Lance, Kayla, and Kennedy Errer, Chris, Zach, Lyndsay, Colton, and Trenton Leachman, Easton and Briella Rosebush, and five great-grandchildren; brothers Dennis Shepherd (Mark Snider) and Darrell Shepherd; and Coco the dog and Patches the cat. Diann’s warmth, compassion, and infectious smile will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Diann was preceded in death by her mother, Florence Shepherd; father, George Shepherd; and sister, Darla Shuart.
Funeral services will be at 7:00pm Tuesday, February 11th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ean Green officiating. Interment will be in Grand Lawn Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:00pm Tuesday and continue until the time of the service.
