Dianna G. Kropp

Dianna Gail (Rapson) Kropp, age 67 of Pigeon passed away April 13, 2016 at McLaren Bay Regional Hospital, Bay City. She was born in Bad Axe, Michigan, on May 14, 1948 and graduated from Bad Axe High School, class of 1966. She married her husband of nearly 50 years on August 20, 1966 at Salem United Methodist Church in Pigeon. Dianna enjoyed arts and crafts, crocheting, collecting souvenir spoons, porcelain dolls, Christmas bears and other items. Dianna was primarily a stay-at-home mom and helped out on the family farm. She was a member of the Salem United Methodist Church.

Dianna will be remembered by her husband, Harold Kropp; her children Bonnie (Noal) Powell, Judy (Robert) Siemen, Becky Henne, and James (Sarah) Kropp; grandchildren, Kathy Adams, David Kropp, Ulf Elikyn "Brian Kropp"; Mitchel, Chelsea, Madison, and Zachary Siemen; Christian and Patrick Henne; Noah and Abigail Kropp; step-grandchildren Nicole Kirby, Charlene Siemen, Dustin and Tyler Von Itter; great grandchildren Ryland and Caden Kropp; Skylar, Aireanna, Starla, and Lil Tee Kirby; Kiley Siemen; Wyatt and Hazel Von Itter; sister-in-law, Sandra Snay Rapson; and several nieces and nephews, including Shelly Scoviac, Jason and Scott Rapson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Violet (Carmichael) Rapson; brother, Herbert Rapson; and infant brother, Donald Paul Rapson.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 16, 2016 at Salem United Methodist Church, Pigeon, with Pastor David Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Grandlawn Cemetery.
