Donald Arnold

Donald Arnold of Caro, age 61, passed away on August 30, 2022 at McLaren Bay Region. Don was born November 10, 1960 in Pigeon, the son of the late Ervin and Sadie (Thomas) Arnold. Don graduated from Sandusky high school and went on to own his own business, S&D Senior Living Home in Caro. He enjoyed time spent outdoors, camping, fishing, and hunting. Don could always be found at local auctions, getting a deal at a garage sale, and attending tractor shows. Above all else, Don loved spending time with his family and friends. His kind, hardworking, and loving memory will live on in the hearts of all those that knew him, for years to come. Don leaves to cherish his memory, his siblings, John (Cindy) Arnold, Jim (Dawn) Arnold, Ron (Kim) Arnold, and Dennis (Tammy) Arnold; special friend, Sally Londry; along with her children, Justin (Hollice) Londry, Amy (Rian) Van Hurk, and Brooke Londry; grandchildren, Lyla, Jaxson, Luke, and Jace; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his sister, Mary, and grandparents, Arthur & Mary Thomas and Edward & Mary Arnold. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Pastor James Butler officiating. In keeping with Dons wishes cremation will follow and burial will be held at Moore Township Cemetery. Dons family will be present to receive visitors on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
