Donna May Czewski

Donna M. Czewski, age 81, of Bad Axe, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014 at the Huron Medical Center in Bad Axe.

Donna was born on March 5, 1933 in Meade Twp., daughter of the late Henry and Myrtle (Rose) Taylor. She married Edward F. Czewski on August 17, 1957 at St. John Catholic Church in Ubly. Edward preceded her in death on February 14, 2014. Donna enjoyed cooking, baking, working puzzles, knitting, cats, dogs, going out to eat and traveling with her husband, and spending time with her family. She was a member of St. Columbkille Catholic Church and enjoyed helping the church during their annual chicken BBQ's.

Donna is survived by her children: Frank (Roxanne) Czewski of Virginia, and Daniel Czewski (special friend Linda Hessler) of Sebewaing; step son, Larry Young; 8 grandchildren: Jennifer (Kenny) Lasceski, Josh and Jordan Czewski, Breahna and Zachary Czewski, Daniel Czewski, Jr., Kirkland and Allison Czewski; 2 step grandchildren: Larry (Maria) Young, Jr. and Richard Young; one great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.

Donna was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Czewski; and one son, William Czewski; 3 brothers: Jack Taylor, Harry Taylor and Arnold Taylor

Visitation and service will be on Wednesday, October 8, 2014 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 4-7pm with at service at 7pm.
