Donna L. Mccollum

Donna L. McCollum of Caro, age 84, passed away on Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at her home. Donna was born February 27, 1935 in Vassar, the daughter of the late Glen & Isabel (Rogers) Stevens, and was a 1954 graduate of Vassar High School. She was employed with Osentoski Realty in Caro for seventeen years and then Frankenmuth Mutual for many years until her retirement. Donna was an avid reader and enjoyed cooking and baking, canning, bird watching, puzzles, crosswords, and gardening. Most importantly, she was a loving mom and cherished time spent with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Moravian Church in Unionville. Left to cherish Donna's memory are four sons and their spouses, Robert & Carla McCollum of Unionville, Dave McCollum of Caro, Steven & Cindy McCollum of Franklin, James McCollum of Caro; twelve grandchildren and their spouses, Dave & Brenda Holden, Krystal & Greg Anderson, Brandon & Stephanie McCollum, Carl & Karissa McCollum, James McCollum, John McCollum, Joseph Taylor, Chelsy & Carlos Quintana, Tarah Gokey, Amanda & Jeff Haller, Megan & Anne Victor, Connie Victor; eleven great-grandchildren, Isabelle and Riley Holden, Kylee, David and Olivia Anderson, Abigail and Everleigh McCollum, Jameson McCollum, Taya Gokey, Addlin Haller and Ana Marie Quintana; and three sisters, Lulu Belle, Lola Mae and Mary Jane. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by nine siblings. In keeping with Donna's wishes, cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.
