Donna Monville

Donna Renee (Hunter) Monville, age 46, passed away Thursday, November 29, 2012 at her home, following a brief illness. Donna was born September 30, 1966 in Lapeer, the daughter of the late Frank & Linda Hunter. She was employed with VGs Food Stores for over twenty-six years, first in the Pontiac area and for the last ten years or so at the Caro store as a Bakery Specialist. Donna was united in marriage with Daniel J. Monville, Jr. on June 14, 2003 at the Colwood United Brethren Church in Caro. She enjoyed being with her family and all things that were outdoors, such as camping, hiking, biking, fishing and hunting. Donna is survived by her loving husband, Daniel J. Monville, Jr. of Caro; two daughters, Dayna Renee Edwards and Carley Chaun Edwards of Caro; two step-sons and their spouses, Paul & Shannon Monville of Vassar, Adam & Nicole Monville of Kingston; four grandchildren; two brothers, five sisters and their spouses, Diana & Steve Eldridge of Oxford, Duane & Gilda Hunter of Milford, David & Brenda Hunter of Oxford, Debbie & Robert Sherman of Caro, Denys Hunter of Perry, Dawnn & Chris Therssen of Clinton Township, Eric Hunter of Lake Orion; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 3, 2012 at the Colwood United Brethren Church with Pastor Jason Garwood officiating. A luncheon at the church will immediately follow the service.
