Donna Zsolzai

Donna Evann Zsolzai, age 60, of Gagetown, formerly of Caro, died on Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at her residence. The former Donna Evann Aldrich was born on February 1, 1951 in Saginaw. Until recently, Donna was a lifelong resident of Tuscola County, having been raised in rural Fairgrove. She was an Akron-Fairgrove High School graduate and had attended Delta College. In addition to being a homemaker, she had been employed at restaurants in Frankenmuth, and most recently, at a service station in Caro. For many years she volunteered at Big Brothers and Big Sisters in Caro. Donna loved making and painting ceramics. She is survived by her husband, George Zsolzai; two children, Evann Ruiz and Jeffrey Sting of Bay City; five grandchildren; her siblings, Cindy Bublitz of Fairgrove, and Charles (Marilyn) Aldrich of Sandusky; as well as several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place, and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. There will be no visitation at the Collon Funeral Home.
