Dorothy Ann Seidler

Dorothy Ann Seidler of Kingston, age 79, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Vadavilla AFC Home in Akron Township. Dorothy was born March 28, 1937 in Detroit, the daughter of the late John and Alice (Gruszfeld) Ciure. On June 2, 1956, she was united in marriage with Mitchell Seidler in Detroit, and the couple moved to their current farm in Dayton Township. Mitch preceded her in death on February 7, 2011. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Wilmot for sixty years. She was a lifelong church choir member. She enjoyed her family, crocheting and collecting memorabilia having to do with her Polish heritage and Catholic faith. Dorothy had an extensive collection of rosaries. She is survived by her three children, Rick Seidler of Kingston, Karen & Thomas Campbell of Caro, and Gary Seidler of Kingston; two grandsons, Michael and Adam Campbell of Caro; and one brother, Robert Ciure of Kingston. A Funeral Liturgy will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 12, 2016 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Wilmot with Rev. Christian Tabares officiating. In keeping with Dorothy's wishes, cremation will follow the Liturgy.
