Douglas Lee Pavlichek
Douglas Lee Pavlichek, age 61, of Unionville, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 22, 2015.
He was born February 26, 1954, in Highland Park, MI, the son of the late Paul and Georgia (Howard) Pavlichek. He married Patricia K. Adragna on April 4, 1974.
Doug is survived by his son, Matthew Pavlichek; his daughter, Amy Pavlichek; and his wife of 36 years, Patricia Adragna Pavlichek; two sisters, Paulette (Robert) Kauer of Oscoda, Pamela (Jay) Richez of Lansing; brother, Larry (Donna) Pavlichek of Sebewaing; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Paul Daniel Pavlichek and Robert Wilson.
Doug was a collector of antique telephones and served as President as well as other numerous positions for antique telephone collectors clubs. Doug was also an avid sports fan and especially loved the Detroit Tigers, Lions and Red Wings.
Cremation has taken place.
A memorial will be held Saturday, June 6, 2015 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing. Visitation will begin at 11am with a service at 12 noon.
Memorial donations may be given to the family.
