Dustin Ward Clymer

Dustin Ward Clymer, age 55, of Sebewaing, passed away peacefully at his dream home December 6, 2024.

Dustin was born on February 24, 1969, in Flint, to James C Clymer, Sr. and Lois A. (Wisenbaugh) Clymer. He graduated from Elizabeth Ann Johnson (EAJ) High School in Mt. Morris in 1987. He was happily retired and bought his dream home on the water in Rose Island (Sebewaing). Dustin enjoyed classic cars along with rebuilding them and attending car shows. He also enjoyed fishing, guns, shooting guns, playing pool, boating, going to hockey games and was a Detroit Lions fan.

Dustin is survived by his children: Typhannie L. Clymer, Taylor T. (April) Dawson, Kayla M. (Connor) Konieczny and Dustin W. Clymer, II.; grandchildren: Tyler, Sophya, Eliza, Amelia, Morgan, Charlene and Thomas; siblings: Jim (Carie) Clymer and Tianna (Jeff) Zimmer; and many nieces and nephews.

Dustin is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Jessica L. Clymer; and brother, Danny Clymer.

Per the family wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service may be planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Rose Island Association.
