Earl Frederick Bushway Ii

Earl F. Bushway II, age 60, of Caseville, died Friday, October 16, 2009 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw after a long illness.

Earl was born May 29, 1949 in Detroit to the late Earl and Helen (Asmus) Bushway. He served in the US Army in Vietnam from 1967 to 1970. On October 30, 1970 he married Virginia Peraino in St. Clair Shores. Together they settled in Madison Heights and raised their family while Earl worked as a truck driver and dispatcher.

In 1996 Earl moved from the city to Caseville where he enjoyed country life, boating, spending time with family and friends, and using his computer skills.

Surviving are his wife of 39 years Ginny; children Earl III (Trudy) of Chesterfield Twp, Gina (Joe) Schoonveld of Bay City and Joey (Dawn) of Clinton Twp; grandchildren Madison, Sophia, Sylvia, Jessica, Jamie and Joey Jr.; and his sister Lynda (Ronald) Smith of Brownstown.

Funeral services will be at 8:00 PM Sunday, October 18th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Chaplin Karen Bouverette officiating.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm Sunday.
