Earl Daniels

Earl Daniels, 81, of Bay Port, passed away Saturday, December 10, 2022 at Scheurer Health in Pigeon from renal failure.

Earl was born May 7, 1941 in Midland to the late Everett and Rose (Hubbard) Daniels. He served in the US Army. He married Myrna Rose on March 10, 1978 in Charleston, Illinois. Earl retired from Huron Castings in 2011 as a hi-lo driver. He attended Bay Port United Methodist Church. He enjoyed playing cards, hunting, being outdoors and morel hunting.

Earl is survived by his wife Myrna; children Normalene of Indiana, Earlene (John) Arthur of Illinois, Raymond (Kathy) of Indiana, Marcie (Mark) Brown of Illinois, Wyoneda (Duane) Harvey of Illinois, Chad (Michelle) of Cass City, Jeffrey of Elkton, and Michael of Iowa; step-children Bill (Vickie) App of Indiana and Teresa McPeak of Tennessee; sister Lauretta (Mitchell) Warner of Ubly; 20 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his brother Everett Jr., sister Alice Apley, and son Danny.

A memorial service will be 11:00am Saturday, January 7th at the Bay Port United Methodist Church with Rev. Heather Nowak officiating. Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the family to offset medical expenses from his recent illnesses.
