Edmund Carl Armbruster

Edmund Carl Armbruster, age 87, of Sebewaing, passed away January 22, 2019, in the comfort of his home.

Ed was born December 28, 1931, in Sebewaing, son of Herman and Melinda (Wagner) Armbruster. After graduating from high school, he married June Hrinik on August 20, 1955, in Saginaw. Ed was a self-employed farmer. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Sebewaing.

Ed is survived by his wife, June; children: Barbara Armbruster of Michigan and Jean White (Jim) of Colorado; grandchildren: Katie (Shawn) Chenoweth of Viriginia, Kim (Tim) Gerlock of Colorado, and Greg (Erika) Schott of Michigan; great grandchildren: Aden and Alexandra Chenoweth and Lily Gerlock; and brother, Morris Armbruster of Michigan.

Ed is preceded in death by a baby boy, David Edmund Armbruster; parents, Herman and Melinda Armbruster; and brother, Roy Armbruster.

Visitation will be Thursday, January 24, 2019, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing, from 3-8pm.

The funeral service will be private. Interment will take place privately at New Salem Lutheran Cemetery in Sebewaing.
