Edna M. Rottenbucher age 74, of Elkton died unexpectedly early Tuesday morning, December 30, at Scheurer Hospital.
She was born August 29, 1934 in Flint to the late George and Edna (Martin) McCann.
On May 26, 1956, she was united in marriage to Anthony Rottenbucher at Russellville Church near Flint.
Edna had been employed at Fisher Body, Coldwater Road Plant for thirty years , retiring in 1983 and in 1992 she and Tony moved to a farm northeast of Elkton. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and traveling to the casino.
Surviving are her husband, Tony; her daughter, Kathy Puff and special friend, Mike of Pigeon; two granddaughters, Christine Cox of Bad Axe and Georgina Cantrell of Pigeon four great grandchildren, Brittany, Samantha, Toni and Hannah.
Preceding her in death was a grandson, Michael Valley; three brothers Charles, William and Donald McCann and a sister, Betty Card.
She will be sadly missed by her two best friends, her husband and daughter. We all loved very much and will miss her deeply.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM Friday, January 2, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Elkton.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 PM Thursday and after 10 AM Friday.
Memorials may be given to Relay for life or the donor's choice.
