Elena Zamora

Elena Zamora of Akron, age 53, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City. She was born February 27, 1962 in Weslaco, Texas, the daughter of Maria Elena (Villarreal) Zamora and the late Ramon Zamora. Elena was a graduate of Akron-Fairgrove High School. Elena leaves to cherish her memory, her mother, Maria; her fianc, Donald Herbert; four brothers, Ramon Jr. and his wife, Mary, Hernando, Uvence and his wife, Tammy, Ricardo and his wife, Debra; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, Ramon, she was also preceded in death by her youngest brother, Roberto (Bob); and one nephew, Nathaniel Zamora. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Living Waters Chapel in Caro with Rev. James Solomon officiating.
