Felicia Zofia Dul, age 89, of Pigeon, died Monday, February 28, 2011 at home.
Felicia was born November 17, 1921 in Detroit to the late John and Justina (Pawlaska) Dul. She grew up in Dearborn and graduated from Fordson High School in 1940. She began working at Parke-Davis in 1942 and retired as a lab technician in 1984. Having lived in St. Clair Shores, she moved to Caseville in 1983 and then to Pigeon is 2001. She was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church and the St. Roch Womens’ Society. She enjoyed traveling and volunteering her time at Huron County Medical Care Facility since 1987.
She is survived by her nieces Joan Miller of Florida and Barbara Ridenour of Saginaw; nephew Miles Joseph of California; and many great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by brothers Michael and Julian Dul, sisters Lottie Latwinski and Mary O’Dougherty and nephew Richard Dul.
A funeral mass will be at 11:00 am Friday at St. Roch Catholic Church with Fr. Robert Pare presiding.
Visitation will be 2 to 5 pm Thursday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville. She will lie in-state one hour prior to mass on Friday in church. There will be a rosary at 4:30 Thursday in the funeral home.
