Frances St. Onge, dearly loved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, passed away Thursday, December 7, 2006 in Tucson at the age of 77, following a brief illness. She was born on April 1, 1929 in Fairgrove, the daughter of the late Frank Lottie (Chamberlain) Broadworth. She later lived in Caro, where she married Ralph Rowell and raised two sons, Frank and Fred Rowell. Later in life, she married William G. Arthur of Caro. Their time together was short, however. He battled against heart disease and passed away in 1971. Time passed and she found love again and married Donald St. Onge. They had many happy years together living in Palm Beach, Florida, later moving to Anderson, South Carolina, where they retired. After the passing of her husband, Don, in 2004, she continued to live in Anderson, until recently moving to Tucson, AZ to live with her son, Frank. She kept active by visiting with many of her local friends and loved playing bridge. Frances is survived by two sons and their spouses, Frank Denise Rowell of Tucson, AZ, Fred Mary Rowell of Dearborn Heights, MI; her sister, Betsy Campbell of Caro; brother, Edward Broadworth of Fairgrove; adoring grandchildren, Tanya Leigh, Kristina Lynn, Robert Frank, and Amy Frances and great-grandchildren, Kiara, Megan, Sam, Nathan and Ariella as well as several nieces and nephews and the loving members of the St. Onge family.
