Frances C. Thiel

Frances C. Thiel age 93, of Pigeon, died Wednesday morning, February 16, at Tender Care in Cass City.
She was born September 29, 1911 in Oliver Twp. at the home of her parents the late Stanley and Stella (Paulowsky) Kleido.
On August 31, 1935 she was united in marriage to John H. Thiel at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Pigeon. They raised their family and farmed in Chandler and Oliver Twp. all their married life. John preceded her in death August 5, 1997.
She was a member of St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Pigeon.
Surviving is her daughter, Mary Thiel of Cass City and her.
Preceding her in death were two sons, Richard and Bernie Thiel; five brothers, Leo, John, Joe, Andrew and Roy Kleido and three sisters, Betty Charbonneau, Regina Tenczer and Lucille Bucholz.
A funeral mass will be conducted 11:00 AM Thursday, February 17, at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Pigeon with burial in the church cemetery.
Friends may call at the church after 9 AM at the church Thursday.
