Franklin G. Dalecke

Franklin George Dalecke of Akron, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, December 9, 2023 in Akron. Frank was born September 13, 1977 in Saginaw, the son of Amylou Maguire and Richard Franklin Dalecke. He attended Mayville High School, went on to work at Gunnell Wheelchairs, and was a member of Caro First Baptist Church. Frank enjoyed playing games on his phone and PlayStation, loved his dogs, and was always up to watch a football game. He was a wonderful son and friend that will be missed greatly.

Frank leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Amylou Maguire; father, Richard Dalecke; son, Kolton Vernier; brother, Gregory Joe Dalecke; many cousins and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his loving wife, Kathleen Dalecke on November 21, 2022.

In keeping with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial will be held at a later date.
