Frederick J. Richard
Frederick Joseph Richard, age 57, passed away Friday, September 23, 2011. Fred was born October 14, 1954 to Leroy & Dorothy (Yingst) in Piqua, Ohio. He married Lisa Shenberger June 30, 1995 in New Baltimore, MI. He retired as a Plant Manager Assistant after 32 years at Ford Motor Company in Utica, MI. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, traveling, watching Detroit Tiger's games, looking for morel mushrooms, and spending time with his family.
He is the beloved husband of Lisa Richard. Loving father of Terry (Erin) Richard & Kevin Richard. He is a step father to Lee Jahr and Laura (John) Peyerk. Proud step grandfather to Daven & Emilie Jahr and Christopher & Jordan Peyerk. Loving son of Dorothy Richard & the late Leroy Richard. Dear brother of Jim (Mary) Richard, Jane Smith, Kathy McPherson, and the late John Richard. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation Sunday, September 25, 2011 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home, Inc., 538 S. Beck St. (M-25), Sebewaing, MI 48759 from 2-9pm.
The funeral service will be 11am Monday, September 26, 2011 at the funeral home. There will be additional visitation from 10am until the time of service. Rev. Michele Hile will be officiating.
Burial will take place at Assembly of God Cemetery in Sebewaing, MI.
Memorial donations may be made to the family.
