Gail Ann Craig

Gail Ann Craig, 64, of Caseville, died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Courtney Manor in Bad Axe.

Gail was born August 15, 1948 in Detroit to the late Robert and Bernadine (Madison) Richardson. She graduated from Yale High School in 1966. On April 30, 1966 she married Raymond Craig in Yale.

Gail was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and she enjoyed nothing more than time spent with her family, friends, and pets. Having moved to Caseville in 1999, she became a member of the Caseville Eagles Auxiliary and the Red Hatters. Previously she was a member of Zion Church in Troy.

She is survived by her husband Ray; daughter Wendy Jelsone of Macomb and son Jason (Sandy) of New Baltimore; grand children Jake and Dylan Jelsone and Hunter and Conor Craig; and sisters Roberta (Dale) Kettlewell of Houghton Lake and Denise (Dan) MaQueston of Macomb.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Tuesday, November 20th at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Caseville with Rev. Karen Bouverette officiating. Burial will be Wednesday at Resurrection Cemetery in Clinton Township.

Visitation will be 1 to 8 pm Monday at the funeral home. There will be an Eagles Auxiliary Ritual at 5pm Monday.

Memorials in her memory should be directed to the local hospice of the donor’s choosing.
