Gary L. "Speedy" Clouse Sr.

Gary L. Clouse, Sr. of Caro, age 59, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw with his loving niece by his side. Gary was born January 26, 1959 in Marlette, the son of Barbara (Limbaugh) Clouse and the late John Clouse. He was employed as a farm hand for many years at The Daily Farm and Ruggles Beef Farm, both in Kingston, and GMC Tire Mobile Service in Kingston. He later moved to Bismarck, North Dakota where he took a position with Menards, and recently returned to Caro to be with family. Gary enjoyed hunting and never missed a chance to enjoy a beer with family at a bonfire. Left to cherish his memory are four children and their spouses, Gary Clouse, Jr. of Grand Rapids, Marie & Kaleb Parsell of Caro, Lisa & Donnie Havens of Ironwood, Eric & Haley Clouse of Marlette; his mother, Barbara Clouse of Caro; siblings and their spouses, James Clouse of Caro, Ron Clouse of Caro, Paul & Paula Clouse of Kingston, Brenda & Jack Flynn of Kingston, Sheryl Clouse of Caro, Kelly Searles of Caro, Kathy McConnell of Caro; and many nieces and nephews. Gary was preceded in death by his son, Timothy R. Clouse; father, John Clouse, Sr.; and siblings, John Clouse, Jr. and Kenneth Clouse. In keeping with Gary's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro.
