Gary Keinath

Gary Lynn Keinath, age 56, of Mayville, formerly of Caro, passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at his home. He was born on July 5, 1953 in Saginaw to Harold (Potsy) and the late Celia (Tait) Keinath. Gary was a lifelong resident of Caro and had attended the Darbee School. He had been employed as a busboy through the sheltered workshop. Gary was very active in bowling and a star in the Special Olympics, having received 32 trophies. He was especially fond of watching Dark Shadows and following Tiger Woods and working on his Tiger Woods scrapbook. Gary was a very social, kind person and enjoyed his family, classmates and neighbors. He is survived by his father, Harold (Potsy) Keinath; his special family, Linda Kelly and her children, Molly, Allen, Noah and Mariah Kelly; and several extended family members. He was preceded in death by his mother, Celia; a brother, Robert Keinath; and an infant sister, Lorraine. The funeral service will be held at the Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Sunday, March 28, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Don Crieglow officiating. Burial will be at Indianfields Township Cemetery.
