Gerald F. Finkbeiner, age 68, of Gagetown, passed away Tuesday, November 13, 2012 in Redford, MI.

Gerald was born September 7, 1944 to Everett F. and Margaret (Leiterman) Finkbeiner.

After graduation he joined the U.S. Army. Gerald worked for many years at the Sebewaing Sugar Factory. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Sebewaing. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking and spending time with his family.

Gerald is survived by his parents, Everett & Margaret Finkbeiner. His loving children, Duane Guest of Arizona, Tami (Thomas) Rinnert of Gagetown and Debra (Robert) McClorey of Cass City. He is the brother of David (Judy) Finkbeiner and Everett (Debra) Finkbeiner. Dear grandfather of Bradley Guest & Tyler Guest, Thomas Rinnert, Jr. & Nickie (Douglas) Dzielinski, and Robert McClorey, William (Jennifer) McClorey and Kyle McClorey. Proud great grandfather of Tyson & Lilly McClorey, Haillie Rinnert and Vincent Dzielinski.

Preceded in death by former wife, Donna Dennison and grandson, Eric James McClorey.

Visitation Friday, November 16, 2012 from 4-8pm at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing.

Funeral service Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Sebewaing. Visiting will begin at the church at 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Burial at St. Agatha Catholic Cemetery in Gagetown.

Memorial donations may be given to St. Agatha Catholic Cemetery Fund or the American Legion Post #293 in Sebewaing.
