Geraldine E. Rolph

Geraldine E. Rolph, age 78, of Elkton died Tuesday morning, June 19, at the Huron County Medical care Facility.
She was born June 26, 1933, in Siegel Twp. at the home of her parents, the late Roman and Loretta (LaLonde) Jock.
On April 2, 1956, she was united in marriage to Duane G. Rolph at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Pigeon. They made their home in Elkton and raise their family there. Duane preceded her in death January 10, 2001.
Gerry was a long time member of St. Francis. She was an avid reader and enjoyed bowling sewing and more recently making crafts. She also sold Avon products for many years.
Surviving are four daughters, Becky, Denise and Nanette Rolph all of Elkton and Mona (David) Rolph-Ripley of Sault Ste. Marie; nine grandchildren, Duane, Shelly, Jennifer, Ben, Alex, Lorelei, Dawson, Amber and Jeremy; nine great grandchildren, Linsey, Kersten, Kaytee, William, Alex, Zoie, Shea, Christopher and Asher; her brother, Lawrence (Peggy) Jock of Port Hope; and two sisters, Maxine Heilig of Bad Axe and Ann (John) Shepherd of Harbor Beach.
Preceding her in death was a son, David; two brothers, Jerome and Clifford Jock and two sisters, Rosalia Peyerk and Jeanette Lawless
A memorial mass will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday at St. Francis Borgia Catholic Church, Pigeon.
Arrangements are being handled by Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton. Memorials may be directed to the family or her church.
