Geraldine Turner

Geraldine B. Turner, age 82 years, of Caro passed away on Friday, December 21, 2007 at Covenant Cooper in Saginaw. The former Geraldine Hardin was born on September 21, 1925 in Tennessee to the late James and Lula (Beckham) Hardin. Geraldine married Clyde Turner and he survives her. They moved to Caro as retirement approached and have lived here ever since. She loved her family and flowers. She will be greatly missed. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three daughters, Bobbie (Frank) Dombrosky of Dothan, Alabama, Patricia Garrison of Hazel Park and Sue (Ron) Nelson of North Charleston, South Carolina; her grandchildren, David Wolf, Scot (Kelly) Garrison, Patrick (Joy) Garrison, Jessica (Jon) Stewart, Barie (Angela) Snavely; her great-grandchildren, Tyler Garrison, Shawn Stewart, Kevin Stewart, Riley Garrison, Samantha Garrison, Joseph Garrison and Reagan Snavely; one brother, Kenneth (Virginia) Hardin of Hazel Park; and a sister-in-law, Katherine Hardin of Allen Park. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the remainder of her siblings. On Sunday, December 23, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. funeral services will be held at the Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Pastor Cameron Steele of St. Paul Lutheran Church officiating. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 12:00 p.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Indianfields Township Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of the donors choice.
