Glen Gale Bills

Glen Gale Bills of Caro, age 77, passed away on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 at Covenant Health Care - Cooper in Saginaw. Glen was born September 2, 1943 in Detroit, the son of the late Charles Henry Bills, Sr. and Opal May (Warren) Bills. He proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Glen was united in marriage with the former Erma Hallitt on July 2, 1971 in Caro, and the couple just celebrated their fiftieth wedding anniversary. Glen was employed with General Cable in Cass City until his retirement. He enjoyed going to car shows, flea markets, the Caro Strand Theater, watching old westerns on TV, and playing solitaire on the computer. Glen is survived by his loving wife of fifty years, Erma Bills of Caro; two sons, Rodney G. Bills and Ricky G. Bills of Caro; three brothers, Jerry Bills, Russell Bills, Jim Bills and wife, Gladys; two sisters, Judy Kunisch and husband, Loren, Linda Johnson, and husband, Ron; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by four sisters, infant, Sally, Shirley Ohman, Carol Blakely and husband, Fred, and Pauline Bills; three brothers, Donald Bills, Robert Bills, and Charles Henry Bills, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Rev. Michele Hile officiating. Burial will follow at Brookside Cemetery in Fairgrove.
