Glenna Pryor

Glenna G. Pryor, age 88 years, of Congress St., Caro went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2008 at the Tuscola County Medical Care Facility. She was born on November 5, 1919 in Caro to the late Guy and Ethel (Parsell) Petiprin. The former Glenna Petiprin and George Pryor of Vandalia, Illinois were married on March 18, 1944 in Bay City. He preceded her in death on March 4, 2001. She had been employed at the Caro Regional Center as an attendant nurse. Glenna was a member of the Caro Assembly of God Church. She is survived by three children, George (Susan) Pryor of Fairgrove, Connie (Dewey) Campbell of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Patricia (Martin) Koss of Jeanette, Pennsylvania; seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters Norma Jeffrey of Bay City and Genevieve Ruppal of Akron; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Pryor; and one sister, Maxine Rieck. The funeral service will be held at the Caro Assembly of God Church on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor David Dietzel officiating. Burial will be at Almer Township Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Collon Funeral Home on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the Glenna G. Pryor family discretionary fund.
