Hazel G. Dalton
Hazel G. Dalton, age 87, of Vassar, passed away Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at Covenant Medical Center-Cooper Hospital in Saginaw.
Hazel was born December 22, 1925 in Detroit to Hazen and Jenny (Hartrick) Wills. She was married to Alfred Chalou, Jr. for 30 years. He preceded her in death on March 10, 1975. She then married Walter Dalton and have been together for 28 years.
Hazel is survived by her husband, Walter Dalton; her children: Jim (Donna) Chalou, Bob (Cindy) Chalou, Bryan (Sandy) Chalou, and Nita Chalou; her brother, Russell Wills; and is the proud grandmother of 150+ grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Hazel is preceded in death by her parents, Hazen and Jenny Wills; her first husband, Alfred Chalou; her sister, Florence Everenham; and brother, Robert Wills.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Community of Christ Church, 4469 Otter Lake Rd., Otter Lake, MI 48464 at 2PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Community of Christ Church.
