Helen B. Heck

Helen B. Heck, age 83, co-owner of Heck's Bar Pinnebog died Monday afternoon, November 15, at her home while under hospice care.
She was born November 27, 1922, in Winsor Twp. to the late John and Irene (Errer) Heck.
On December 4, 1943, she was united in marriage to Robert E. Heck at St Paul Lutheran Church, Linkville.
In 1952, she and Bob bought the Pinnebog Bar renaming it Heck's Bar and have owned it the past 51 years, turning the operation of it over to their children in 1997.
Helen was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church, Kinde and a past member of the Pinnebog Worthwhile Women's Club. She enjoyed quilting, collecting dolls and loved being in her flower garden.
Surviving are her husband, Robert; her daughter, Elizabeth Heck; her son, Robert Heck II, all of Pinnebog; her brother, Emil (Cathryn) Heck of Ubly and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted, 7:00 PM Thursday evening, November 18 at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Elkton where friends may call from 2 until the time of services Thursday.
Memorials may be given to Heartland Hospice or St. Peter Lutheran Church, Kinde
