Howard Lee Acmoody

Howard L. AcMoody, 86, of Elkton, passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 at McLaren Hospital in Flint.

Howard was born August 17, 1937 in Coldwater to the late Carroll and Beulah Arlene AcMoody.  He served in the US National Guard. He owned and operated HL Services.  He enjoyed spending time at his cabin in Welston snowmobiling, golfing, hunting and sitting by the campfire.

Howard is survived by his children Kelli (Brian) Walsh of Pigeon, Karen Weimer of Delton and Kristen (Paul) DeBault of Vicksburg; step-children Mark Wilson of Norfolk, Virginia, Heidi Theisen of Elkton and Holly (Phil) Crown of Elkton; 16 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife Linda, son Kevin, and brothers Dewane and Dale.

Graveside committal services will be 11:00am Saturday, May 11th at New River Cemetery in Huron Twp.  Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the services.
