Howard Robert Adams

Howard Robert Adams, age 78, of Sebewaing, passed away March 16, 2020, at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City.

Howard was born on October 11, 1941, in Gagetown, to Herman and Clara (Kaatz) Adams. He graduated from Owengage High School, Class of 1958. He married Patricia Lorentz on September 11, 1987, at New Salem Lutheran Church in Sebewaing. Howard worked on the family farm and as a sugar packer for Michigan Sugar Company in Sebewaing. He enjoyed watching sports on the television, working word search books, listening to old country music and spending time with his granddaughter. He was a member of New Salem Lutheran Church in Sebewaing.

Howard is survived by his wife, Pat; children: Jason (Samantha) Adams of Bay City and Jamie (Ashley) Deming of Sebewaing; granddaughter, Maci Jo Deming; sisters: Frances (late Keith) Winkel and Irene (Keith) Denton; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing, from 2-8pm.

The funeral service will be Thursday, March 19, 2020, at New Salem Lutheran Church in Sebewaing. Visitation will begin at the church at 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations may be given to New Salem Lutheran Church or Thumb Animal Shelter.
