Howard Frederick Watts

Howard F. Watts, 82, of Caseville, passed away Saturday, July 16, 2022 at home under hospice care.

Howard was born May 4, 1940 in Detroit to the late Guy and Eileen (Soules) Watts. In 1958 he graduated from St. James High School in Ferndale. He married Barbara Clark August 26, 1961 at St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church in Hazel Park.

Howard worked 45 years in the printing industry, retiring from Total Business Systems in 2000. After retiring he moved permanently from Royal Oak to Caseville. He was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish and the Caseville Eagles FOE. He enjoyed winters in New Port Richey, Florida, golfing and swimming.

Howard is survived by his wife Barbara; children Brian (Robin) of Lake Orion, Joanna of Caseville and Keith (Julie) of Oxford; grandchildren Brianna, Lauren, Matthew, Emma, and Evan; and sister Gail (Joe) Frank of East Lansing.

A funeral mass will be at 11:00am Tuesday, July 19th at St. Roch Catholic Church with Fr. George Amos presiding. Visitation will be 4-7 Monday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel in Pigeon. There will be an Eagles Ritual at 7:00pm Monday at the funeral home.
