Jack Noel Perry

Jack N. Perry, 92, of Pigeon died September 4, 2024.  He was married for 67 years to Lorraine (Sturm).   Jack and Lorraine had 4 daughters:  Kathy, Karen (Tom Anderson), Laurie (Kevin Frye) and Sandra (Tim Laviolette).  He was grandfather to Sarah, John (Alicia) and Craig (Leah) and a great-grandfather to Jackson and Landon.  He was a brother to and is survived by Lois of Windsor, CA, Fred of Lapeer, MI and Noel “Sandy” of Caseville, MI.  He was preceded in death by his parents Noel and Eleanor Perry.  He was born May 10, 1932 in Pontiac and  graduated from Pigeon High School in 1951. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he was trained as an aircraft mechanic. He later worked as a mechanic with General Motors' Air Transport Section starting at Detroit City Airport then Willow Run Airport and finally at Detroit Metro Airport.  His hobbies included muzzle loading and tinsmithing.
