James Darin Asher

James Darin Asher of Cass City, age 53, passed away on May 18, 2022 at United Hospice of Marlette. He was born on December 28, 1968 in Cass City, the son of the late James Asher and Evelyn Kay (Warren) Asher. James worked as a cook at the Brentwood, at Star Brighten in Gaylord and Ohio, and more recently worked in construction while living in Florida. He enjoyed playing cards and being with family and friends. James leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Evelyn; siblings, Paula Asher, Leland Asher, Richie Asher, and Tony Asher; several nieces, nephews, and friends. James was preceded in death by his father, James and sister, Jill Beachy. In keeping with James wishes, cremation has taken place. There is no memorial service planned at this time.
