James A. Manary

James A. Manary, age 76, of Sebewaing, passed away April 24, 2018.

James was born in Bay City on June 21, 1941, to Lloyd and Alice (Brady) Manary. He married Kathryn Manary on September 21, 1963, in Beaver Twp. He retired as an electrician for Michigan Sugar Company. James enjoyed woodworking, watching Nascar, volunteering at Bay Shore Camp, riding his golf cart, and being with his grandchildren.

James is survived by his children: Sue (Tom) Jane of Bay City, Donna (Todd Campbell) Manary of Sebewaing, and Holly (Ryan) Henry of Caro; grandchildren: Keagan, Jade, Olivia, Kody (Miranda), Kelsie, Riley, Jace, T.J., Mason and Auston; siblings: Donald (Carol) Manary and Cindy Peasley; and many nieces and nephews.

James is preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn; and siblings: Ken Manary, Robert Manary, Richard Manary, Kay Dean and Rhoda Palmateer.

Memorial visitation will take place on Monday, April 30, 2018, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing, from 2-8pm.

The memorial service will be Tuesday, May 1, 2018, at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 10am until the time of service at 11am.

Memorial donations may be given to Bay Shore Camp or the charity of your choice.
