Jane Anne Rosenau

Jane Anne Rosenau, age 80, of Sebewaing, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025 at her home. Born November 2, 1944 in Cass City to the late John and Dorothy (McHenry) Kenney, Jane retired as the Director at Oakwood Senior Center. She cherished her upbringing on Saginaw Bay, found joy in traveling with family and friends, and had a deep love for animals—spoiling her beloved cats and dogs. She also took great pleasure in birdwatching and, most of all, spending time with those she loved.

Jane is survived by her two children and their spouses, Rene Allard & her husband, John of Clinton Township and Robert Rosenau & his wife, Robin, of Fort Gratiot: eight grandchildren, Elisha, John II, Cory, Alexandria (fiance’, Robert Rhyndress) Allard, Josie, Jason, Jessie and Jacob Mastin and eight great-grandchildren, Jade, Anakin, Noah, Isabella, Alice, Aries, Atlas, and Alexander.

Visitation will be held at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a Time of Remembrance at 2:30 p.m. Jane’s love for animals would be greatly honored by contributions to Cass River Pet FriendZ or Thumb Animal Shelter in her memory.
