Jane Lucille Touchette

Jane Lucille Touchette of Florence, Alabama, formerly of Caro, age 66, passed away on Monday, November 26, 2018 at Eliza Coffee Memorial Hospital. Jane was born March 19, 1952 in Caro, the daughter of the late Ralph and Margaretha Bodeis. Jane was united in marriage with Gary Touchette on March 1, 1980 in Caro. Jane enjoyed being a homemaker. She led a simple life and loved to socialize with friends and family. Jane was loved by all who knew her and was a friend to many whether she had met you or not. Jane had an endless ability to love and care for family and friends and will be greatly missed by those who knew her. Jane is survived by her husband, Gary Touchette; two sisters, Ann (Gary) Cryderman of Mayville, Ruth Gusko of Caro; one brother, Alan (Alane) Bodeis of Mayville; sister-in-law, Deb Touchette of Mayville; brothers-in-law, Robert (Becky) Touchette of Naples, Florida, Bernie (Theresa) Touchette of Sterling Heights; numerous nieces and nephews; and a very special grandniece, Marley, who was the apple of her eye! In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her son, Brandon Richard Touchette; and mother- and father-in-law, Bill and Virginia Touchette. In keeping with Jane's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of Jane's life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at the Brentwood in Caro.
