Janice M. Moore

Janice M. Moore of Fairgrove, age 72, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 after a short illness. Janice was born August 14, 1941 in Saginaw, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul and Doris (McCloy) Nagy, Sr. She worked as an LPN at the Caro Regional Center State Hospital for many years. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, reading, counted cross stitch and going to the casino. Janice is survived by her mother, Doris Nagy of Vassar; four children and their spouses, Carrie & Dave Graf of Sebewaing, Sue Moore of Fairgrove, Steve & Becky Moore of Lansing, Tim & Lisa Moore of Sterling Heights; eight wonderful grandchildren, Ben Graf and fiance Jacquelyn, Emily Graf, Joe Pelica, Kyle Moore and friend Vanesa, Sergei and Tatyana Moore, Mason and Kaylee Moore; two great-grandchildren, Alana and Joey Pelica; three sisters, Barb and husband David Abbgy, Sarah Jane and husband Tom Eurich, and Judy Zwerk, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Nagy, Sr. in 2013 and brother, Paul "Mike" Nagy, Jr., also in 2013. A brief graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, June 13, 2014 at the Brookside Cemetery in Fairgrove with Rev. Michele Hile officiating.Immediately following this service, a time of remembering Janice and a luncheon will be held at the Fairgrove United Methodist Church. To honor Janice's love of reading, memorials may be made to the Caro Area District Library or the Bay County Library.
