Janie Ellen Arnott

Janie Ellen Arnott of Caro, age 62, passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at Covenant Health Care - Cooper in Saginaw, following a lingering illness. Janie was born April 10, 1953 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Arnold and Lillian (Sheppard) Mossner. She led a simple life, but loved to socialize with friends and family, and was loved as a mother by all who knew her. She had five grandsons that she was very proud of and constantly talking about. Janie is survived by three children, John Partlo, Jennifer and her husband, Charles McComas, Sarah Arnott and special friend, Justin; five grandsons; seven siblings and their spouses, Gerald Mossner and special friend, Denise, Lenora & Brian Steinley, Kenneth Mossner and special friend, Mary, Carol & Mike Schnell, Michael Mossner, Charles & Lena Mossner, Christopher Mossner; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Rochelle Putman in 1992. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Pastor David Mossner officiating. Burial will follow at the Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro.
