Jason Matuszak

Jason Matuszak of Vassar, age 47, passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023, at Ascension St. Mary's Hospital in Saginaw following a brief illness. Jason was born October 16, 1975 in Cass City. He was united in marriage with the former Jeana Pepin on June 22, 1996, in Vassar. Jason worked as a sous chef and also a truck driver. He enjoyed camping, grilling, and helping Jeana with her special rocks. He is survived by his loving wife, Jeana; three children, Tylor Matuszak, Emily Matuszak and her fianc, Josh Hood, Kimberly Matuszak and her boyfriend, Nick Roselles; his father, Anthony Matuszak; one grandson, Brantley Matuszak; and three brothers. In keeping with Jason's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned.
