"This is the day the Lord has made and I will rejoice and be glad in it."

Jean Ann (Mischung) Wissner, age 87, of Sebewaing, passed away on March 7, 2020, surrounded by her daughters. She happily went to be with her Lord and Savior and to join her husband, Glen (Goose) O. Wissner in heaven.

She was a life-time member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and was involved in the Adult Choir, the Mary Martha Guild, Lutheran Womens' Missionary League and the OWLS (Older Wiser Lutherans). She took great joy and comfort in her faith.

Jean also was involved in bowling and bridge club. She enjoyed being with her family, especially the annual Christmas shopping trip with her daughters and granddaughters. She and Glen enjoyed going on bus trips with their friends.

Jean is survived by her daughters, Pamela (Paul) Geiger, Wendy Wissner (Webster) Tally and Jodie (Michael) Bolzman; her grandchildren, Tracy (Marty Weiler) Geiger, Marc (Anne McDonald) Geiger, Kristin (Nicholas) McCreedy, Ashley Nicole Wright, Angela (Craig) Vermeersch, Jennifer (Eric) Gardy and Jordan (Amanda) Bolzman; great grandchildren: Jayda Geiger, Josie Geiger, Stella and Cora McCreedy, Reid and Myles Vermeersch, Ava and Chase Gardy and Harper Jean Bolzman; her sister, Shirley (James) Wurst; brother-in-law, Vern Winter; sisters-in-law, Nina Alexander, Patty Sontag, Alice Wissner and Patricia Wissner; aunt, Elsie Mischung; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
