Jennifer Ann Jackson

Jennifer Ann Jackson of Caro, age 46, passed away Friday, February 7, 2014 at Covenant Medical Center - Harrison in Saginaw, following a courageous battle with cancer. Jenny was born October 15, 1967 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Harold & Eulah (Keller) Spaulding, and was a lifelong area resident. She graduated from Caro High School with the class of 1985 and continued her studies at Davenport University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration. Jenny was united in marriage with Myron Jackson on May 30, 1992 in Caro. She was employed with Big Wheel and Rite Aid before beginning a nearly twenty year career with Chemical Bank in Caro, first in bookkeeping and most recently as a teller. Jenny was a loving wife and mother, constantly committed to her family. She was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church and was an active participant in 4-H as a council member and parent. Jenny was involved with the Great Lakes State Fair as an exhibitor, and enjoyed being outdoors where she could garden and bird watch. She was also an avid bowler and was the Tuscola County Bowler of the Year in 2011. A cancer survivor, Jenny was a participant in the Tuscola County Relay for Life. Jennifer is survived by her husband, Myron Jackson of Caro; two children, Adrianna and Adam Jackson of Caro; one sister, Sherryl Cischki of Rochester; one brother and his wife, Brent & Caroline Spaulding of Caro; her mother-in-law, Meta Jackson of Caro; many nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at the Caro United Methodist Church with Rev. Michele Hile officiating. Burial will follow at the Indianfields Township Cemetery. The family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and at the church on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the charity of the donor's choice.
