Jessica Marie Scott

Jessica Marie Scott of Caro, age 70, passed away suddenly on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at her home. Jessica was born March 24, 1948 in Detroit, the daughter of the late Vett and Fanchon (Seelig) Cowles. She was united in marriage with George O. Scott on January 30, 1971 at the First Congregational Church in Grand Blanc, and he survives. Jessica managed an adult foster care home in Saginaw and worked in the loan department of Citizen's Bank in Flint. She was a member of the Caro Lions Club and loved crocheting, and animals, especially horses. Jessica is survived by her loving husband of forty-seven years, George Scott of Caro; one daughter, Erica of Caro; one son, Justin of Caro; and one sister, Camille Cowles of Monroe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Michael and Kimberly Scott. In keeping with Jessica's wishes, her body has been donated to the University of Michigan Medical School for research purposes. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday May 11, 2018 at St. Christopher Parish, Sacred Heart Church in Caro with Rev. Jerzy Dobosz officiating.
